1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is the official offer (public offer) of AI Happens B.V., registered under KVK number 97734098, with statutory seat in Amsterdam, represented by its authorized directors, including Aleksei Khakhunov, to enter into an agreement under the terms outlined below.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is considered equivalent to the conclusion of a written agreement in accordance with applicable Dutch civil law.

2. Service Description

2.1. Nevel is an online service that provides access to an intelligent chat based on neural network models for obtaining informational responses.
2.2. Interaction with the service is carried out via a web interface and a Telegram bot.

3. Access Terms

3.1. The free plan provides access with a limitation of no more than 10 generations per day.
3.2. To gain extended access, the User is offered the following paid subscriptions: — 1-month subscription — €20 — 1-year subscription — €200
3.3. Payment is made via the Telegram bot using the CloudPayments system.

4. Activation and Subscription Period

4.1. The subscription is activated automatically after successful payment confirmation.
4.2. The subscription period starts from the moment of activation.
4.3. Upon expiration of the paid subscription, access to the service is provided under the terms of the free plan.

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1. The Nevel service provides informational responses only and bears no responsibility for the accuracy, relevance of the information, or any decisions made based on it.
5.2. AI Happens B.V. is not responsible for the inability to use the service due to reasons beyond its control, including technical failures of third-party services.

6. Refunds and Service Cancellation

6.1. Subscription payments are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by applicable laws of the Netherlands or at the discretion of the service administration in the event of technical failures that prevented the use of the service.
